Mesquite Chicken Bake

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. chicken breasts
• 1 tbsp. Jed's Sweet Mesquite
• ½ cup BBQ sauce
• ¼ cup finely diced onion
• ½ cup cheddar cheese
• 2 slices crispy crumbled bacon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season each side of chicken with Jed's Sweet Mesquite and lay flat in baking dish. Drizzle BBQ sauce over top of each piece of chicken and sprinkle with diced onion. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes then add cheese and bacon to top and return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is done.
