Maple BBQ & Grilling Relish Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• 1 ½ cup bread crumbs
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 jar of Jed's NEK Maple BBQ & Grilling Relish

Directions

Mix ingredients plus 3/4 jar of Jed's NEK Maple BBQ & Grilling Relish well.

Put in loaf pan and garnish with remaining relish. Bake at 350 for 60-90 minutes. Mmmm...delicious!
