NEK Chicken Chutney Salad

Ingredients

• 2 cups diced chicken
• 1 small can pineapple, tidbits, drained
• 1 cup thinly sliced celery
• ½ cup sliced green onions
• ¼ cup unsalted peanuts
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• ½ tsp grated lime rind
• 3 tbsp Jed's NEK Maple Apple Chutney

Directions

Toss together: chicken, pineapple, celery, onions and peanuts.

Combine: mayonnaise, yogurt, lime juice, lime rind, Maple Apple Chutney.

Pour the above mixture over the chicken. Chill before serving.
