Northeast Kingdom Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 4 cups shredded cabbage
• ¼ cup finely chopped onion (optional)
• 1 cup grated carrot
• ¹⁄₃ cup nonfat sour cream
• ¹⁄₃ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbspl Jed's NEK Spicy Maple Mustard

Directions

Combine cabbage, carrots, and onion. Blend sour cream, mayo & mustard. Pour over coleslaw, tossing to mix well. Enjoy!
