Sweet Hot Game & Cheese Game Day Sliders

Ingredients

• 1 ½ tbsp Jed's NEK Sweet Hot Mustard
• 1 ½ tbsp Jed's NEK Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tbsp Dried Minced Onion
• 24 mini sandwich rolls
• 1 lb. thinly sliced cooked deli ham
• 1 lb. thinly sliced Swiss Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix butter, NEK Sweet Hot Mustard, NEK Worcestershire Sauce, and dried onions in a bowl. Separate the tops from the bottoms of the rolls; arrange the bottoms in a layer in the baking dish. Layer about 2/3 of the ham onto the rolls, add a layer of swiss cheese and top with remaining ham. Place the top of the rolls onto the sandwiches. Pour mustard mixture evenly over the rolls. Bake in oven until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted (about 20 minutes). Slice into individual rolls to serve.
